Week one is just about to end. I still need to go for my run today, but can't seem to force myself to go. I've been watching the Vikings vs. Saints. GO VIKINGS!!!!!!! Yes, I'm a native from Minnesota. I need to get off my butt and go. I will after the game. It's a beautiful day in Southern California. I hope the weather continues to be as beautiful. I'm getting tired of the rain.
I can officially run for 10 minutes without resting. Go Hua!!!!!! I jog at slow and steady pace.
Week Two:
Monday: 01/25/10 - Jog for 22 minutes.
Tuesday: 01/26/10 - Jog for 22 minutes
Wednesday: 01/27/10 - Rest
Thursday: 01/28/10 - Jog for 25 minutes
Friday: 01/29/10 - Jog for 25 minutes
Saturday: 01/30/10 - Train with trainer
Sunday: 01/31/10 - Rest

Week One: 01/18/10-01/24/10
Hua: I need to get serious for the half-marathon. I have six months to train. Here's my schedule for next week. I hope it doesn't pour in Los Angeles, CA.
Monday: Run 20 minutes - I did it. Yes, one day down. It finally stopped raining in Los Angeles.
Tuesday: Run 20 minutes - Second day completed.
Wednesday: Rest - Yay!!!!!! My day to rest. My body is aching.
Thursday: Run 22 minutes - It was pouring cats and dogs and I didn't go running. Bad Hua!
Friday: Rest - Feels good.
Saturday: Train with trainer - Yippee, done!
Sunday: Run 22 minutes
If anybody has any helpful tips, please let me know.
Pang: Okay so I'm so off track this week. BAD, BAD, BAD! I'll have to get started again tonight! Why do I do this to myself?!

- Mon: Plain in simple, no excuses! Nothing done due to laziness.
- Tue: Class (2 down 6 more to go).
- Wed: Church 6-9pm. Cardio strength 30 min/ Jog 1 min, walk 1 min (30 min)- Nope, didn't get this done.
- Thur: Jog 1 min, walk 1 min (30 min) Cardio 30 min. - YES, Done!
- Fri: Jog 1 min, walk 1 min (30 min); Cardio strength 30 min - Done!
- Sat: Long Run - I'm shooting for 2 miles only. I'm afraid I won't make it back home! Weather was awful here in MN, uncompleted.
- Sun: Rest (Oh how I love this day).
