Pang - Let's try this again. Week 1:
- Mon: 1 min run / 2 min walk - 30 min= 1 mile -Ended up doing an easy walk instead.
- Tue: 1 min run / 2 min walk - 35 min= 2 miles
- Wed: 1 min run / 2 min walk - 45 min= 3 miles -Beautiful weather in MN:-)
- Thur: Walk- 45 min= 2 miles
- Fri: 1 min run / 2 min walk - 35 min= 2 miles - COLD as heck! MN and it's crazy weather!
- Sat: 1 min run / 2 min walk - 75 min = 5 miles - Yes! My first week was a success!!!
- Sun: Rest
