Sunday, 03/21/10

I'm so sorry for not posting lately. I was feeling down for a while, but am back in gear. I had a great run with a friend today. We warmed up by walking around Balboa Lake and then stretched before starting the jog. It feels so good to be back. I stopped jogging for a while and once you stop it's hard to get started. I'm a slow runner. I was able to run a mile and a half in 20 minutes. I feel really good that I was able to run for 20 minutes without stopping. I'm going to post my progress day by day so it's not so overwhelming. To date, I have lost a total of 76 lbs and have another 25-30 lbs to go.

  1. I am so proud of you! Keep up the awesome work! 20 minutes of non-stop jogging is a great accomplishment! I can't wait till I'm that far along in my training! 76 lbs!! That's amazing! I am cheering you on!
