Yesterday I went for a 3 mile run/walk and I am feeling good! The run was awesome and I did it!!!! I ran for 4 minutes straight with a 1 min walk in between!!! I have been struggling to push my body pass 4 minutes for 2 weeks now and I finally did it. Yay for me! I know 4 minutes is no biggie, but it sure is for an ex-smoker! I am pumped!!!
