Week 6: Wednesday, April 23, 2010

Last night I ran 2 miles in 24 minutes. It was a tough run. I don't know if it was the heat or the morning run, but I was swimming in sweat!!! By the end of one mile I wanted to give up and walk. The worst part of the run was the last half mile. The sun was strangling me, the wind was no help, and there were no shades at all. But I made it through!

It's going to be a long night:
  1. Yoga. DONE-CHECK!
  2. Work, almost done (30 more min).
  3. 3 mile run.
  4. Church class.
  5. Dinner, homework & bath.
  6. My study time.
  7. Then finally sleep.

Wonder if I can just skip down to number 7...I am exhausted!
