Week 5: Mon, April 12,2010

A shout out to my girl Hua!!! Congratulations Hua!!!! Change is possible!!!

So here's a quick recap of week 4:
Friday - 3 miles = 40 mins. 5 min run / 1 min walk.
Saturday - 2 miles = 27 minutes. 1x 8 min run/1 min walk, and finished off with 10 minutes of running.
Sunday - Rest day.

Tonight - Plan is to run my usual 2 mile run around my neighborhood. Planning to hit 12 minutes of running!!!!
