I haven't been outside yet, but the sun is smiling down on MN today! Planning to pack up the kids and head out to the lake for my 3 mile run while the kids bike. Tonight's goal is to run 15 minutes with 1 minute walk in between. I am struggling to get past the 10 minutes, but with time and practice, it will get better.
Recap:
Wednesday - 3 miles (I'll update time later)
Thursday - 2 miles = 27 minutes. 3 min walk then 24 minutes run.
