Thursday, 04/08/10

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. I went to the gym yesterday and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I was done for the night.

Today, I met with Saul and we walked around the park for 30 minutes and ran for a mile and a half. For some reason I was not able to do more. I'm not sure if I overexerted myself at the gym this past week. I'm still pump for the 5K run on Saturday. I will be meeting with Saul again tomorrow and will run for only one mile and do some stretches. That's it. He says it's important to rest the night before the run. I'm feeling good and know that 3.2 miles is attainable. I did it last Saturday and I'll do it this Saturday.

I was hoping to drop some weight these past three weeks since I've been training, but nothing so far. I'm not discourage. I see more definition in my arms and believe it or not, my legs look smaller. I'll just keep pushing forward.
