Week 4: April 9,2010

Yesterday I ran 2 miles in 30 minutes. The time is not great, but I'm not shooting for time yet. Just trying to learn how to run and breath at the same time. I ran 2 sets of 5 min run/1 min walk and then I finish off with 10 straight minutes of running!!! 10 minutes...what an accomplishment for me! I didn't expect to hit that mark yet, but I did. Now the challenge is on!

Tonight, my son has church class, so I'm planning to head out to the lake and run my 3 miles. Trying to pull 5 minutes run/ 1 min walk. Oh and I'll be testing out my new heart rate monitor watch!!! Can't wait!

Hua - You'll finish that 5k in 30 minutes, 10 minutes per mile! You can do it!
