Me....
I have a training schedule I have to stick to. I did 20 minutes on the eliptical machine, 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4.6 speed, and 15 minutes on the stair climbers. I was drenched in sweat. Feels good. Overall, the workout was pretty positive. I didn't get the chance to cool down, so will do some leg stretches tonight and ab work.
The 5K run is this weekend. I'm super excited. My trainer Saul said I could do it in 30 minutes, but I have to push myself. I'm going to pump my cardio workouts this week so I don't burn out so quickly.
I'll post some pictures of the marathon on Saturday.
