Last night I ran a total of 3 miles. I ran 2.5 mile, walked for 2 minutes, and ran for another 6 minutes. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to run the full 3 miles, but I'm determined to accomplish the 3 mile run by the end of the week. This morning I woke up early and went for a morning run. I ran 2 miles in 23 minutes, that's a one minute improvement! Tonight, I'm planning to run another 2 miles and I am done for the day! Tomorrow will be an hour of yoga and my 3 mile run at the lake!
