I woke up this morning and had a protein shake with frozen strawberries, peaches and half a banana. It's my day to choose whatever kind of exercise I want to do. I decided to go running. I stretched my legs for 10 minutes, walked for 5 minutes and ran for 25 minutes and cool down for 5 minutes. I feel pretty good. I still need to practice on my form and breathing, but am very happy with the progress.
Happy Easter everyone! I met my cousin, baby niece and some friends in Venice Beach for brunch. The ocean breeze felt nice but a little cold for my blood. I know....I'm originally from Minnesota. My blood has thinned out throughout the years. I'm spoiled with the Southern California weather.
