I went to the gym and did my Tuesday workout. This morning I packed my gym clothes, gym lock and gym card. Guess what I forgot? My shoes!!!!!!!! It's so hard to go to the gym once you've made it home. I did 30 minutes of Pre-Core machine, 30 minutes on the Elliptical, and finished with a 20 minute run on the treadmill. I was not able to do the bike routine. I can not believe how busy the gym is late at night. I finished my workout at 10:05 pm. I know the gym workouts are important because it'll help build my cardio endurance which will enable me to run longer. I have a feeling I will be running close to or exactly 6 miles by the end of the week. I'm mentally preparing myself for the run. The long run isn't so bad when I can pace myself, but the drill exercise is the killer. Let me start now. "Hua, you can do it." So far this week I have run 5.5 miles. I'm schedule to run 2 miles tomorrow morning and plan to run another 3 miles after work.
I realized this morning that I'm only 13 lbs away from my first goal weight: 135 lbs. OMG! I can not believe it. That also motivated me to go to the gym. The clock is ticking. Pang and I have 66 more days 'til the marathon. Where did the time go????!!!!!!

Hey Hua! I so agree with you! Time has flew by fast and I'm not anywhere near ready for this marathon! YIKES! I need more training and more time. I'm not anywhere close to your level yet! "Yes, you can Hua!" You'll make that 6 mile mark by the end of this week! I have all faith in you!
