Saturday, 04/03/10

I ran 3 miles today non-stop. Can you believe it? It was my personal goal to get to 3 miles by the end of this week and I accomplished it. It took me 38 minutes. A year ago, this would not have been possible with the extra 76 lbs I was carrying. Today, I stand firm when I say "Change is Possible." Thank you Saul!!!!! I also have to thank Paul Joseph. I wouldn't be able to do this with the both of them.

What keeps you moving? What keeps you motivated? For me, I remember the first time I worked out with PJ. I worked out hard and by the end of the workout I couldn't move my legs and my legs started to cramp. Next thing I know, I'm on the floor and passed out for 30 seconds. I've seen contestants on the Biggest Loser black out and did not believe it. I thought it was all staged for television. Little did I know, it's real. I never want to go back there, but I also never want to forget. It keeps me humble and keeps me motivated.

Keep pushing forward! You can do it.

    Keep up the good work... I'm am so proud of you... I know you can do it and I know you will reach your goal... Keep doing what you are doing... Next thing you know, you'll be able to run 20 miles a day... Love ya, Cris
