Week 7: Thursday, April 29,2010

My body is tired. I need rest. Getting up this morning was difficult, but I did it. I ran 2 miles in 25 min. It was a very slow run because my body is so beat up tired. There will be no running tonight. I have a funeral to attend to. This weekend, I'm heading out to a women's retreat for church, leaving tomorrow morning and won't be back till Sunday afternoon. So plan is to go out for my morning run tomorrow and that may be it for week 7. Rumor has it, there's a gym there, if that's the case I'll sneak in a work out or two on Saturday. We'll see how it goes...
