Pang, where are you? How are you doing?
Today, I ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes and walked for another 10 minutes. I was on the eliptical machine for 20 minutes. That was it. I was done for the night. Wish I could have ran longer, but the gym was super busy and there's a 20 minute time limit during busy hours. I had a 40 minute work out session. I want to get up early tomorrow and go for a run. I always set my clock but can't manage to get out of bed. I'll try again tomorrow.
Everything in my life is great except for work, but I refuse to let work consume my thoughts and joys. I just think about how good I"m going to feel after my workout. I look forward towards the end of the day, so I can get my exercise groove on.
Every since the running, my body has been changing. My arms are looking better and more tone. My legs are stronger. Believe it or not, my stomach and waist feels smaller. It'll only get better with time.
Keep pushing forward!
